Elias Sinkus
Elias
Sinkus is a caring, intelligent, determined, and talented
young man. He strives to continuously do his best
and seems to have all this time to do everything and anything. He
can be called upon to help out at Battle of the bands,
Open House, or even ride his bike across town to help decorate
for prom. While he is doing all of that, he has earned
10 varsity letters with 4 in track, 4 in soccer, and 2
in cross country. He has served as team captain in
all three sports. He has placed 4th in the 4x800
relay at the State Track Championship. He is a 6
time regional qualifier in track and cross country and
a 2 time first team all state soccer. With all of
this, he also plays on select soccer teams. He succeeds
in his class work, challenges teachers, and balances everything
when it would see, like he should be falling apart. He
combines humor and honesty that is refreshing in and out
of the classroom. He is a star athlete, superior
student, caring individual, a leader to look up to, and
a creative young man that will go far in life.
