The Institute of Culinary Arts is Alachua County School Board's school-to-career program which prepares students for a career in the fast growing food service industry. Students are educated and trained in all aspects of the food service and hospitality industry. ICA has partnered with the Florida Restaurant Association in a school-to-work career ProStart program which promotes monitoring and allows students to earn advanced credit to further their education.
